Is the Marbled Bengal Cat a true Bengal Cat species? I ask as it looks completely different to the Silver, Brown and Snow Spotted types of Bengal Cat. They all have spot markings and resemble a leopard. Does the Marbled Bengal even have leopard blood like the others? It looks nothing like a leopard to me.
What species of cat would suit people with allergies? I would really like to get a cat. Unfortunately my husband has allergies, and he's allergic to cats. Are there any species that are not allergenic? I don't mean the hairless ones, though I have nothing against them. Does anyone know what these are like as pets? I heard Burmese don't shed as much... is this true? Sadly I probably won't end up getting one (because I love my husband more than pets!) but I was just wondering what are the options for cat-lovers with allergic people in the house. Any information or personal experiences would be gratefully received, thank you.
What is the Genus and Species of a Persian Cat??? I am doing a project on Persian cats, and I need to now the genus and the species. I have spent a half hour or more trying to find it, but I can't find anything! Will you please help? Answers are greatly appreciated :) Thank you in advance!
Is this cat that I discovered in my backyard a new species? I think I've found a new species of animal. I found it outside this morning and I think it belongs to the cat family. It's smaller than a typical house cat, but has a long tail and its ears are kind of pointy. It seems to really like climbing trees like my housecat, Angel Tiddle Toes, does. I offered it some cat food, and it did nibble it, but I saw it later this morning with an acorn! Angel Tiddle Toes won't touch acorns, so I think it must be a different breed of cat. Has anyone else seen this type of animal, or should I call the local TV stations? Do you think I could make some money from finding this new species?

How many species of snakes do live in Catalunya (Spain)? Which are poisonous enough to kill a cat? This morning I found my cat (Siamies/Burmies mix) laying dead in front of my gate. On her back there was a significant mark from a snake bite. The teeth marks were about 2cm apart, but the inscisions look quite thick, about 6mm a cut. She was only 1 year old. She was very playfull, curious and very trustfull. We live in Residential Park of Macanet de la Selva, Girona, Catalunya-Spain. Our garden shares the borders of the local natural park.

Do you think all cat species come from one single specie? Or were there always allot of different species? When does a specie change "shape"? How long does it take? Ace: Geez, you ask questions about pornstars and sh*t, I misplace my science question in the religion section and you call me satan? lol! I bet you are christian hey?

Are there any other plant species that attract cats? I'm pretty fascinated with catnip and so i was wondering if there are any other species of catnip availible to buy. I bought cat mint but that kind of stinks for some reason. If possible i want to make a catnip garden. I already started, but i dont think it will last since winter is coming.
Natural behavior of cats and dogs or other species--fault of the owners? Just read an article about a family who lost one of three cats (they live in the country) to an attack by a German Shepard dog. I love dogs and cats, but I believe this is a natural behavior between two species. The cat owners are trying to prosecute the owners of the German Shepard. What is your opinion?
What animal is easier to take care of, a dog or a cat? I love both species, but cats are easier to take care of since you can leave them at home alone for a couple of days as long as you provide them with plenty of food and water and cats don't get walked. I have one dog and three cats.
What is the most amazing thing you have seen a pet cat do? Did you know that most cats can jump up to six times their own height? - Cats are able to do some extraordinary things when healthy! Cats by nature are obligate carnivores, so their metabolism and dietary needs are different from other species, including dogs. Cats' bodies work best when they consume a high-protein diet which reduces reliance on their less-efficient carbohydrate metabolism. Perhaps you have an amazing story about your own cat, or perhaps it is a friend’s cat – we are looking forward to hearing your best true anecdotes.
