How do I make a new cat get used to my new home?
I've already have 2 female cats and a week ago, this stray cat came by and started to stay on my balcony. My mom was eager to take the cat in and we decided to clean him up and give him all the necessary shots. Its been a day and a half that we put him in this dog cage and fed him and he seems pretty scared. Hes able to sleep and eat normally but is there any tips or suggestions that I can make this cat comforting?

- let him out of the cage to explore..chances are hes not so scared of being in the house.. you took him from roaming and now hes confided in a cage where he feels trapped.. just let him out to explore and he will calm down..
- Just give it time. Talk to him and give him a blanket or two. Cats like to feel secure, so maybe even make a little cave or something out of boxes and blankets. They love fresh water every day. Other than that, it just takes time. Especially with the two other females around (*Sheesh*). Are the 2 other cats nice to him? They shouldn't be. They probably hate him huh?
- I walked into each room with the new arrival, introducing her to the place. I let her investigate everything while I kept her company. That way she knew me and the new place. If I heard a weird howl I knew the cat was scared and went to comfort her. New cats don't really like being alone.
