Does anyone here own a sphynx cat?

Does it get black spots on the base of it's tail. I squeezed one and it came out like a blackhead.

1. yuck.but i dunno.it might be a skin condittion,so i suggesst you dont squeeze ANYTHING until you find out,from your vet,what could be the problem.
